How to do it from the Manager:
Log in to your account at manager.dongee.com. Go to Services > My Services, select the service you want to upgrade, and click "Upgrade/Downgrade". Choose your new plan, complete the payment, and the change is applied automatically.
The cost is calculated on a prorated basis: what you've already paid for the current period is credited toward the new plan. You can preview the total before confirming, with no commitment.
What changes when you upgrade
