Differences with the Current Model
Traditionally, monitoring beyond ping is the client's responsibility or requires an additional fee. With Dongee's PRT, our team takes care of it immediately, without the need for you to hire a sysadmin or request support.
Response Time
Alerts are received in approximately 30 seconds and are addressed immediately. Afterwards, the client will receive a notification via SMS or email about the intervention performed.
No Additional Charges
This service has no additional charges and is included in your plan, whether you are an existing or new customer.
Service Exclusions
The PRT does not cover bug fixes, web design, or incidents with application plugins.
Service Activation
