The process of generating a paid SSL certificate should always be carried out with your technology team to avoid any issues. There are two ways to complete this process:

  1. Generate the request from your own server using its tools, such as IIS on Windows or the console on Linux, to generate the CSR and the key.

  2. Generate the request as shown in the following example, using an online tool to generate the CSR and the key.

In this example, we generate a certificate for dongee.com. You should replace dongee.com with the name of your domain or subdomain where you will install the certificate.

Generate the request (CSR)

Generate the CSR by entering your company's details at the following URL: https://csrgenerator.com/

  • In the window that opens, you will see two texts. You can save these texts in two separate files: dongee_csr.txt and dongee_key.txt.

Generate the Certificate (CRT)

Go to https://manager.dongee.com/, and under the Services tab, select the certificate product.

Upon completing the form, an email will be sent to the email account you choose with an approval link. Once the email is approved, the certificate will be deployed and issued in your manager Dongee.

To complete the process, you can obtain the certificate by following this guide:
