Log In to Your Account: Go to https://manager.dongee.com/clientarea.php and log in with your email and password.
Select Your Service: Once logged in, navigate to Services > My Services and select the service you want to upgrade.
Choose the Upgrade Option: Click on "Upgrade/Downgrade" and follow the instructions to select your new plan.
Make the Payment: Pay easily and securely, either in person or with a card. Your plan will be upgraded automatically once the payment is completed.

How much does the upgrade cost?
The cost is calculated on a prorated basis. If you have already used 6 months of your current plan, the amount paid for those 6 months will be applied as a credit towards the new plan.

Can I simulate the purchase to see the total?
Yes, you can simulate the upgrade until the final step to see the total cost. An invoice will be generated, and you can decide whether to pay it or not.
