If you no longer need a service provided by Dongee, you can cancel it easily and at no cost. Follow these steps to cancel the service:
Log in to your Dongee account
Go to the Manager and log in using your access credentials.
Navigate to 'My Services'
Click on the 'My Services' tab located at the top of the main menu.
Select the service to cancel
Find the plan you want to cancel and click the button located on the right side of it.
Confirm the cancellation
In the new window, scroll down to the bottom and click on the 'Cancel this service' button.
